Returns + Exchanges
We strongly encourage you to email us at email@example.com with any prior questions or concerns. We also strongly suggest you precisely note measurements and scale of all products before purchasing.
In the event of MANUFACTURING DEFACT , please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48hours of receiving your product.
For any issues JS by Julia Skergeth will accept goods in their original condition for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned shoes must also include the original shoe box and dust bags, and must be completely unworn. All shoes should be tried on on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return.
If you wish to RETURN an order please fill out the form and email it to us to email@example.com within your 30 days withdrawal period.
If you wish to EXCHANGE an order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within your 30 days withdrawal period. If your original item is no longer in stock for a replacement, you will be issued a refund after returning your order.
We reserve the right to refuse, repair or replace your order.
Unfortunately we do not cover any return postage costs. The return cost shall be incurred at your own expense. For your protection and in case of any loss or damage, please ensure your return package is both prepaid and insured.
FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS
All orders are sent via Local Express Post depending on the stock location of the product and can be tracked.
Your order should take 4-10 business days from dispatch to arrive.
Please provide your phone number in the shipping details as this is a requirement for international shipping.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday and will generally leave the stock location within 2 business days.
Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holiday will processed the next business day.
We will always try our best to accommodate any rushed orders, feel free to contact us if you would like more specific dispatch / delivery details prior to placing your order.
INCORRECT ADDRESS / REDELIVER TERMS:
Once distributed, addresses cannot be changed. You will be required to pay for your item to be redelivered, we will not cancel and refund your order.
Please note we cannot be held accountable for items which have been marked as delivered but have not been received, or if you have not received a delivery attempt notification card from your local postage service.
TAXES & DUTIES
All applicable taxes, customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer and differ between countries. We do not charge any duties or taxes on international orders.
We are prohibited by law from marking an order as a ‘gift' on customs declaration forms, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
