+ DOES EACH BAG COME WITH A CROSS BODY STRAP AND IS IT ADJUSTABLE?
All our Mini Bags, Ultra Mini Bags (except for the Glitter Bags) and Quilted Bags Medium & Small come with a detachable adjustable cross body strap in the corresponding color. If you want to add a little more Glam to your bags, check out our Accessoires, like the Crossbody chain or the Scrunchie strap, which can be attached to all of our bags.
+ IS THERE A SLEEVE POCKET INSIDE?
Yes, all of our bags, except for the shopper, have a small sleeve pocket inside. The Quilted Bag Large has two larger inside pockets and 1 removeable leatherbag for your mobile phone & co
+ ARE THE BAGS CUSTOMIZABLE? CAN I HAVE ONE MADE IN MY FAVORITE COLOR?
We don’t currently offer full customization but we do take pre-orders. If you have a certain color in mind or there’s a color you have previously seen on our website and isn’t showing up anymore, please feel free to reach out to us.

+ HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Within the EU we offer free shipping on all orders over €80. A shipping charge of €5 applies for orders under €80 within Austria and €10 to all other EU countries.
For all non EU countries and US & Canada delivery costs are €20. For Australia & New Zealand shippings costs are €36 and internationally it's €40.

+ CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY BAG IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
If for any reason you change your mind you can return or exchange your product within 14 days of receipt. Please return products in their original packaging and under disclosure of the order number, to:

+ IF A BAG IS OUT OF STOCK, WILL IT BE RESTOCKED?
We produce our bags in small batches to avoid waste and overproduction. This makes it possible for us to adjust to your needs with every production order we place. But it also means that items can be out of stock fairly quickly sometimes, especially when a bag is in high demand. We do our best to restock as quickly as possible and all products that show “currently out of stock” are likely being restocked. You can add your name to the waitlist for the product(s) you are interested in and we will email you once they are back in stock.
+ HOW CAN I SEE THE BAG IN PERSON?
We currently don’t have our own store but if you want to meet us and our bags in person you can come by our studio in Vienna. It's best to let us know in advance so we can make sure someone is there to help you out. Via email or phone +436606302013.
